Disappointment in a celebrity is not something that I allow in my thought process. I may be surprised or saddened by the actions of some celebrities, but disappointment isn’t the proper word. Being disappointed would require too much energy.

If the celebrity was someone within my circle or with whom I have a relationship, then my emotions may rise to the level of disappointment. As Daniel Goleman says, “Out-of-control emotions can make smart people stupid.”
