Feeling “Meh”?

<![CDATA[Create new experiences.

If you feel unsatisfied, it is an opportunity for change. You may need to also consider what you are consuming- this includes more than food. It includes what you watch and/or listen to, your circle, and your job and/or studies. If what you take in fails to feed you, it can leave you feeling “meh.”

To create change, consider a plan. Life offers many choices. It may require you to consult resources or set aside time to think about what will give you satisfaction and enthusiasm about life. Write down your options as you consider them. And, you will be better able to evaluate potential choices to create change.

Ultimately, keep going and don’t focus on what you feel as much as the opportunity to move beyond this moment.

“We are the creative force of our life, and through our own decisions rather than our conditions, if we carefully learn to do certain things, we can accomplish those goals.”
-Stephen Covey
