Thursday Motivation: Clean Energy

<![CDATA[Our environment impacts more than where we live. It is important to consider the environment and its impact upon our food. The toxins ingested in the air, water and food are included in the chemical energy our bodies produce. Consuming toxins creates negative energy and impacts our health and wellness.

We may be unable to control every element of our environment, but we can reduce our carbon footprint and our negative impact upon the environment. Consuming the cycle of negative energy in our environment and food attracts more negative energy in our lives.

It may seem difficult to address our carbon footprint, but our relationship with the environment directly impacts our health and wellness. And, taking steps, as an individual, improves the environment collectively. Examine ways you might make a change and improve your environment as well as health and wellness.

“I’m passionate about caring for this planet. I’d like to bring awareness to ways that individuals can reduce their carbon footprints without waiting for governments to change things on a policy level,” Laura Regan. We share this belief and commitment.
