Tea & Cakes: France
This week, we went to France! I miss visiting France, but Air Google was a nostalgic substitute for this week’s episode.
I’ve enjoyed many cups of tea in France, but I knew nothing about its tea history.
Beyond appreciation for the health benefits of tea from the 1600s, I was surprised that France introduced tea before England.
It was amusing to discover my interest in tea pairings is actually a thing! I never thought to pair tea with cheese, but it is apparently a popular choice.
