Tea & Cakes: Luxembourg

Enjoy tea? Well, Luxembourg has a refreshing approach to tea! It’s about conscious pairing wellness and sensuality. This virtual trip was amazing. I’m a fan of tea pairing. I’m a tea wellness advocate, but I never considered the sensuality of tea.

From Luxembourg there are lessons on how to increase your wellness, resilience and pleasure from tea. I hope you will explore tea as part of your wellness journey.

Yesterday, one of the participants in the Cleanse Your Cache™  Self-Care Sunday 30 evening session mentioned that giving up coffee after many years allowed her to connect with her body and grow in appreciation of her self. Tea is a great way to connect with self and alternative to coffee.

Have you visited Luxembourg? What did you think?

What, if any, tea ceremonies and rituals do you practice? In Luxembourg, Japanese tea ceremonies continue to influence its tea culture.

Breathe Well,

Arlene
